This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelpress Design LLC ("Pixelpress," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use String Art App on the web or iOS.
The information we collect depends on the features you use:
We receive this information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Service, or from service providers such as Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, and authentication providers.

On iOS, String Art App accesses only photos you select through the system picker or camera features you choose to use. Selected images are processed to provide the requested design features. We do not access your entire photo library without permission.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, including to:
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction. Content you publish to the Community Gallery is visible to other users and may be shared outside the Service.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
We retain account information and saved content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Support records, security logs, and purchase records may be retained for legitimate business, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is needed.
You can delete individual designs and community content through the available controls. To initiate deletion of your account and associated personal data, use Contact inside the app or email contact@stringartapp.com. We will delete or de-identify information unless retention is required by law or needed for permitted security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple or Stripe purchase.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update available profile fields in My Profile, manage optional communications in your settings, and contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
The website uses local storage, cookies, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. Google Analytics is used on the website to understand aggregate use. The native iOS build does not load Google Analytics. We do not serve third-party behavioral advertising.
String Art App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We require service providers that process information for us to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes. Third-party services also operate under their own privacy terms. Apple handles App Store information under Apple's privacy policies.
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when appropriate.
