1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using String Art Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

String Art Generator is a web-based tool that converts images into string art patterns. The Service includes:

• Image upload and processing
• String art pattern generation
• Design saving and management (for registered users)
• PDF template downloads
• Premium features (with paid subscription)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Free and Premium Services

Free Users: Get 1 free generation (anonymous) plus 5 generations after signup.

Premium Users: Unlimited generations with Week Pass, Year Pass, or Lifetime Pass. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users
• Share or resell your account access

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process and display them solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including software, design, and algorithms, is owned by Pixelpress Design LLC and protected by copyright law.

Generated Patterns: You may use patterns you generate for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium pass, you agree to:

• Pay the stated price in USD
• Provide valid payment information
• Understand that all sales are final
• Receive immediate access upon successful payment

8. Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for technical issues preventing service access.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

String Art Generator is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost data or designs
• Service interruptions
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
